Academic Year at the John Naisbitt University is divided into a Winter and a Summer semester each of them consisting of 15 weeks of teaching and a nine-week exam period. Our up-to-date academic calendar can be checked here.

Methods of assessment are based on written and oral examinations, course work and assignments.

Organisation of Studies: Students studying in Bachelor and Master courses complete their studies by passing a final examination. The final examination may consist of the defence of the degree thesis, and additional oral, written or practical examinations.

First Degree Programmes

The first higher education degree is the Bachelor degree, which requires gaining 240 credits. The length of the programme is 8 semesters.

Second Degree Programmes

The second higher education degree is the Master degree which requires gaining 60 credits. The length of the programme is 2 semesters.

Specialised Graduate Studies

Higher education institutions may also offer postgraduate specialist programme for Bachelor and Master degree holders in the field of Health Management. Through the completion of 60 credits a specialised qualification can be obtained. Students complete their studies by passing a final examination. The length of the programme is 2 semesters.

Doctorate Studies

Doctorate course requires gaining at least 180 credits. The length of the programme is 6 semesters, the scientific degree awarded is PhD.

Description of the institutional grading system and its adequacy to ECTS Grading system:
Higher education institutions in Serbia apply a credit system based on the European Credit Transfer System. The grading system used in the Serbia higher education is as follows:

Kriterijumi za internu evaluaciju prijava za mobilnost studenata Erasmus+ KA1

Kriterijumi koje primenjuje tročlana komisija za internu evaluaciju studentskih prijava koja se vrši na nivou Univerziteta „Džon Nezbit”:

  • Jezičke kompetencije (na osnovu dokaza o poznavanju stranog jezika)
  • Akademski uspeh studenta (na osnovu uverenja koje izdaje studentska služba)
  • Akademska kompatibilnost sa stranim partnerom (na osnovu predloga ugovora o učenju)
  • Motivacija (na osnovu motivacionog pisma)
  • Posebna dostignuća studenta (nagrade, priznanja, takmičenja)
  • Učestvovanje u univerzitetskim aktivnostima (studentski volonterski servis, parlament i slično)
  • Podaci o dodatnim aktivnostima, znanjima i veštinama (na osnovu biografije kandidata i priloženih potvrda)

 

Kriterijumi za internu evaluaciju prijava za mobilnost zaposlenih Erasmus+ KA1

Kriterijumi koje primenjuje tročlana komisija za internu evaluaciju prijava nastavnog i nenastavnog osoblja, koja se vrši na nivou Univerziteta „Džon Nezbit”, su:

  • Jezičke kompetencije (na osnovu dokaza o poznavanju stranog jezika)
  • Predlog plana aktivnosti(na osnovu ugovora o usavršavanju, odnosno nastavnim aktivnostima)
  • Zainteresovanost stranog partnera (na osnovu pozivnog pisma ili preporuke)
  • Prethodna saradnja sa partnerskom institucijom (na osnovu svih priloženih dokumenata)
  • Doprinos univerzitetskim ili fakultetskim aktivnostima
  • Obavljanje dodatnih funkcija na Univerzitetu
  • Podaci o aktivnostima, znanjima i veštinama (na osnovu biografije kandidata i priloženih potvrda)
  • Akademska / naučna / administrativna kompatibilnost sa stranim partnerom
